NEW BUSINESS
Proposed changes to the By-Laws to be voted on:
1. Old: Section 2; Nominees------
By the first meeting in November of each year, the Nominating Committee shall present a slate of nominees consisting of members in good standing whom have been contacted by the Nominating Committee and have agreed to serve if elected.
New:
Bythe first meeting in November of each year, the Nominating Committee shall present a slate of nominees consisting of members in good standing for the previous calendar year, whom have been contacted by the Nominting Committee and have agreed to serve if elected.
2. Old: Section 3: Elections……A. Election of officers shall be by official written ballot at the first regular meeting in December of each year.
New: A. Election of officers shall be by official written ballot, provided at the first business meeting in December, or by email submitted at least 2 days prior to the first business meeting in December.
